I began my career in compliance and ethics working with a Fortune 500 semiconductor manufacturer, which gave me the invaluable opportunity of effectively training and communicating to a global network of 35,000 employees. Quickly, I learned that my passion wasn’t just for compliance and ethics, but finding creative, effective solutions to meet people where they are and drive behavioral change. 

As I progressed within this organization, my scope of responsibilities expanded to include the continual oversight of a large-scale Ethics Ambassador program. In this capacity, I guided regional teams on effective communication strategies, developed enterprise-wide training materials, and organized global and regional networking and training opportunities annually. 

Following five years in this role, I further pursued my passion for operationalized training by joining the team at Broadcat—a behavioral based compliance design company. There, I gained critical consulting experience, guiding over 30 multi-national companies in effective communication, operationalizing compliance, and developing Ethics Ambassador programs. During this time, I collaborated with the team to develop over  250 training resources in multiple formats, including job aids, modules, awareness materials, and videos. 

I am now seeking my next role where I can leverage this unique background—combining in-house Fortune 500 experience with strategic design and implementation experience—to drive meaningful compliance training and communication strategy within a forward-thinking organization.
